(Portland, OR)  --  Portland will remain under a state of emergency for another two weeks.  The declaration was supposed to expire this morning, but Mayor Ted Wheeler says it will now end April 9th if it isn't extended again.   Wheeler says residents need to stay home as the number of cases continues to grow.
