(Vancouver, WA)  --  Health officials are confirming a fifth COVID-19 death in Clark County.  Clark County Public Health says the latest patient to die was a man in his 80s.  Officials say the number of coronavirus cases in the county more than doubled overnight to reach 48 cases yesterday.
