(Portland, OR) -- Oregonians who receive food stamps can now use them to buy groceries online and have them delivered. The Department of Human Services announced yesterday that people with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits can now use them to purchases food online at Amazon and Walmart. The move is aimed at helping to promote social distancing amid the novel coronavirus.
