(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a suspect in three Portland bank robberies has been arrested in Maryland.  The FBI says that on February 14th three Portland banks were robbed in about 40 minutes.  The suspect, 55-year-old John Lubow, allegedly threatened that he had a weapon.  Lubow will be extradited from Maryland to Oregon for prosecution.
