(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Police Bureau says it's investigating several reports of street racing over the weekend.  Police say they received multiple reports Sunday night of drivers speeding while racing each other.  One of the reports concerned activity on the top deck of the Fremont Bridge.  No arrests have been made.
