(Salem, OR)  --  Governor Kate Brown says she will not be letting Oregon inmates out of jail early because of COVID-19.  Brown says she reviewed data and a plan from Oregon Department of Corrections Director Colette Peters.  Brown says while she's concerned about coronavirus infecting inmates, she believes early release should be done on a case-by-case basis, and not for what she called an indeterminate public health benefit.
