(Lebanon, OR)  --  Officials say a fourth resident of the Oregon Veteran's Home in Lebanon has died from COVID-19.  The Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs says the patient had underlying medical conditions and was thought to have recovered from coronavirus.  After the patient's death, health authorities have classified the death as COVID-19 related.
