(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've made an arrest in connection to a hit-and-run crash that killed a motorcyclist in southeast Portland.  Police arrested 19-year-old Pavel Vasilyevich Krechko Tuesday afternoon at his home in Troutdale for the crash earlier that day near Southeast 148th Avenue and Powell Boulevard. Police say Krechko struck a motorcyclist head-on and then fled the scene.  The motorcyclist identified as 32-year-old Brandon Cory Reid died at a local hospital.
