(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they've arrested one suspect and are searching for another in connection to an assault.  The Portland Police Bureau says 37-year-old Timothy Maxwell and another suspect assaulted a man near the Lovejoy Fountain on Friday.  Police say one of the two suspects held the victim down while the other punched and kicked him.  The victim then pulled out a knife and stabbed Maxwell in the chest in self-defense.  Responding officers rushed Maxwell to a hospital and then booked him into jail for third-degree assault.
