(Milwaukie, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a missing kayaker presumed dead in the Willamette River near Milwaukie.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office has tentatively identified the victim as 23-year-old Saul Gallegos Ruiz of Happy Valley.  Ruiz was kayaking on the river last Thursday when his kayak flipped over, throwing him into the water.  Police searched the river for three days before suspending their search.
