(Salem, OR) -- Oregon voter pamphlet are going out this week. Oregon's Primary Election is less than a month away. While the COVID-19 response has many public buildings closed, the state now pays the postage to return your ballot. Voters need to be registered as a democrat or republican to vote for the presidential candidates. If you want to change your registration you have to do that by April 28th. Ballots go in the mail on April 29th.
