(Portland, OR) -- Police are seeking the public's help in their search for a suspect who shot a two-year-old child with a high powered pellet gun in North Portland. The incident happened April 10th near North Willis and North Peninsular Avenue while the child was riding on their parent's shoulder during a walk. The pellet was an inch deep in the child's buttocks. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to 25-hundred dollars for information that leads to an arrest.
