(Dallas, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identities of three people killed in a house fire near Dallas.  The Polk County Sheriff's Office says 75-year-old Patricia Dye, 64-year-old Charles Hargrove and 68-year-old Wayne Hill died in the fire Sunday.  The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but investigators say it appears to have started in a first floor bedroom.  Officials say 57-year-old Miller Blake was injured in the fire, and he's recovering at a Portland area hospital.
