The Portland Housing Bureau is making 200-thousand dollars of its COVID-Emergency Household Stabilization Fund available in a first come, first served application process. Starting Monday, April 27th at 10 am, households can apply for 250 dollars in emergency assistance by calling 211, or online at 211INFO-DOT-ORG.
