(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Police are asking witnesses to a shooting in Cathedral Park to come forward.  The shooting happened just after 4 a.m. Monday morning.  Video surveillance shows a victim who was targeted, but they don't know if that person was injured.  They believe there are other witnesses who haven't been interviewed by police, and they're asking them to contact detectives.
