(Salem, OR)  --  The Oregon Liquor Control Commission is suspending renewal fees for liquor licenses.  The commission announced Wednesday it will temporarily stop collecting the fees and will refund any late fees.  The commission says it's also relaxing its enforcement of a rule requiring liquor liability insurance.
