(Portland, OR)  --  Governor Kate Brown is giving the go-ahead for all non-urgent medical and dental procedures to resume next month.  Brown announced yesterday that non-urgent procedures will be allowed to resume starting May 1st.  Brown says there will be enough personal protective equipment available by that time for such procedures to start up again.
