(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials are confirming more than a dozen cases of COVID-19 at a prison in Coos County.  Officials say 13 inmates and two employees at Shutter Creek Correctional Institution in Hauser have tested positive for the virus.  The infected inmates have reportedly been sent to a hospital.
