(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Police need help finding the suspect in a hit and run that happened April 10th near Southeast Division and 136th Avenue.  The victim confronted a car thief who ran the victim down, causing a serious injury.  The suspect stole a gold 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a license plate of YUR 384.  The vehicle will have front end damage.  Police have released a sketch of the suspect.
