(Portland, OR)  --  A 36-year-old man is facing a nine-count indictment in Multnomah County following his arrest in an on-going investigation into a multi-state drug trafficking ring.  Police arrested Kao Sae Chao in February.  Court documents say a search warrant was served at a home in Southeast Portland, where officers seized nearly 17-thousand dollars and heroin.  Sheriff's deputies seized guns and drugs in a search of his car.  In addition to the Portland area, investigators learned the ring was operating in Colorado and Indiana.
