(Vancouver, WA) -- An 18-year-old man is facing a murder charge after allegedly running over a skateboarder on purpose in Vancouver, killing him. Police arrested Joshua Jones for the incident yesterday afternoon in the five-thousand-block of East 4th Plain Boulevard. Investigators say the 45-year-old victim was skateboarding in the parking lot there when he approached Jones's car and punched one of its windows. Police say Jones responded by making a U-turn and speeding up to run over the man. Responding officers found the man trapped under Jones's vehicle. He died at a local hospital.
