Man Arrested After Allegedly Running Over Skateboarder On Purpose

(Vancouver, WA)  --  An 18-year-old man is facing a murder charge after allegedly running over a skateboarder on purpose in Vancouver, killing him.  Police arrested Joshua Jones for the incident yesterday afternoon in the five-thousand-block of East 4th Plain Boulevard.  Investigators say the 45-year-old victim was skateboarding in the parking lot there when he approached Jones's car and punched one of its windows.  Police say Jones responded by making a U-turn and speeding up to run over the man.  Responding officers found the man trapped under Jones's vehicle.  He died at a local hospital.
