(Portland, OR)  --  A man is charged with attempted murder following a shooting in Northeast Portland.  The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office charged 32-year-old Marshawn Seamster yesterday with second-degree attempted murder for the shooting on March 18th at Northeast Alberta Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.  Witnesses say the shooting happened following an argument involving several people.
