(Portland, OR)  --  Non-urgent medical procedures will resume today at clinics in Oregon. Leaders with the Portland Clinic say they have been preparing for several weeks. This includes making patients feel safe and tracking PPE use. Some of the non-urgent appointments include urology and orthopedic procedures.
