(Portland, OR)  --  Multnomah County has a twenty-year road map for new transportation infrastructure. The recently approved Roads Capital Improvement Plan calls for 1.4-billion-dollars in projects, which include sidewalks, bike trails, and crosswalks. Most of the projects are planned for East County.
