(Salem, OR)  --  A salon owner in Salem is slated to re-open today in defiance of the stay at home order. Lindsey Graham, the owner of Glamour Salon told KATU TV that she doesn't have any income and needs to provide for her family. She said she will only book five appointments a day and her stylists will be working in separate rooms and sanitizing stations and tools in between appointments.
