(Portland, OR)  -- A suspect is in custody in connection with a reported sexual assault at Mount Tabor Park. Nineteen-year-old Malik Jabaar Hughes is charged with attempted rape, kidnapping, and sexual abuse. Police say a woman claims Hughes forced her off of the road and sexually assaulted her on the southside of the park Sunday evening. Nearby residents intervened when she yelled for help. Hughes was arrested at the scene.
