(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Art Museum says it will lay off almost 100 people if conditions don't improve by July.  That would be nearly half of the museum's staff.  The museum has received enough loans and donations to pay many of its employees through June 30.  But in a letter sent to employees, management warned layoffs might be coming.
