(Portland, OR)  --  Police say an iPad is responsible for helping them catch the thief who stole it.  Officers responded to a burglary at a downtown Portland restaurant yesterday on reports of a theft, but the suspect was gone when they arrived.  However, police say the suspect stole an iPad, and the store owner was able to use an app on the device to locate it and set off an alarm to help police find the suspect.  Police tracked down 26-year-old Shayne Orvis with the iPad and arrested him for burglary and theft.
