(Portland, OR) -- Portland Police have arrested a suspect and seized several hundred explosives similar to large fireworks. Officers were called to Northeast 6th and Davis on a report of a loud explosion. They had received previous reports in the same area but couldn't find anything. Officers got a tip about a suspect vehicle and Tuesday afternoon they located the suspect, 69-year-old Thomas Huskey, in his apartment. They found several bags of explosives. The Metro Explosives Disposal Unit was called to safely remove the devices.
