(Portland, OR)  --  Portland Police are investigating two acts of what appear to be bias-based vandalism at the same church in the Multnomah neighborhood.  Sunday morning, Hillsdale Community Church was defaced with paint on the front doors and the sides of the building.  Then before dawn Wednesday, officers responded to the same church after a brick was thrown through a window.  Anyone with information about the crimes is asked to call Portland Police.
