(Canby, OR )  --  A Canby-based general contractor faces a mega-fine for continuing job safety violations.  In a series of enforcement actions starting in September of last year, Oregon OSHA has fined Colima construction 235-thousand dollars.  Colima is accused of violating multiple job safety rules, including repeated failure to provide fall protection, at residential development sites in Eugene, Bend, Aumsville and Tigard.  The company is appealing the fines.
