(West Linn)  --  Speed appears to have been a factor in a fatal crash Wednesday night in West Linn.  The crash happened at 11th Street and Leslies Way.  Two people were in the vehicle.  A 22-year-old man was killed, and a 21-year-old woman was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.  West Linn Police are investigating.
