(Hillsboro, OR)  --  The Washington County Fair is being canceled.  Fair Board President Gary Seidel says they had planned to expand the fair to ten days starting this year, and they were going to add the new Wingspan Event and Conference Center.  However, restrictions on crowd sizes for COVID-19 forced the cancellation.
