(Portland, OR)  --  Thousands more Oregon businesses are getting loans through the federal Paycheck Protection Program.  KATU reports more than 35-thousand businesses in the state have secured loans for the program's second round.  More than 18-thousand Oregon businesses received loans through the program in its first round.
