(Portland, OR)  --  Police say they arrested one person and issued more than a dozen citations during a crackdown on illegal street racing in Portland.  Police say they made 28 traffic stops and issued 16 citations Sunday night.  A 17-year-old girl was arrested for reckless driving, second-degree criminal mischief and several other charges.
