(Portland, OR)  --  Oregon has nearly five-dozen new cases of coronavirus.  The Oregon Health Authority reported 51 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 yesterday along with seven new presumptive cases.  That brings Oregon's total number of cases so far to three-thousand-286.  Most of the new cases were in Multnomah, Washington and Marion counties.
