(Corvallis, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly using bear spray inside a coffee shop in Corvallis.  Police arrested Darren Perreard for the incident Sunday.  Police say Perreard became upset after learning the shop was only accepting debit and credit cards for payment and deployed bear spray against two people.  Police tracked him down nearby and arrested him.
