(Portland, OR)  --  The Oregon Zoo has a new two-year-old giraffe.  Kiden [[ KIE'-den ]] recently arrived from South Carolina's Greenville Zoo and this week met the zoo's two other giraffes.  Zoo officials say the meeting went well and Kiden is getting along with Buttercup and Desi.  The transfer almost didn't happen because of the Oregon Zoo's loss of revenue during the COVID-19 closure, but a donor stepped up and paid for the entire move.
