(Salem, OR)  --  Oregon Governor Kate Brown is facing a lawsuit from several businesses over her Stay Home order.  The lawsuit is led by the group Open Our Oregon, from Hood River, which includes nine businesses.  It argues the order violates their rights and that the order was issued without consulting the legislature.
