(Troutdale, OR)  --  A suspect in a homicide in Ritzville, Washington is behind bars following a wild pursuit on I-84 near Troutdale.  Oregon State Police troopers spotted the suspect's car near Hood River yesterday and attempted to stop him, leading to a chase.  During the pursuit, the suspect allegedly stopped several times to shoot at troopers.  The suspect then allegedly carjacked another vehicle near Rooster Rock State Park and continued the pursuit.  Police used spike strips and a PIT maneuver near Troutdale to stop the car and arrested 26-year-old Grayson Morris.
