(Portland, OR)  --  NBC News is projecting Joe Biden as the winner of Oregon's Democratic presidential primary.  The state comes with a total of 61 delegates.  The former vice president has been running unopposed since Bernie Sanders dropped out last month.  Biden is the presumptive Democratic nominee to take on President Trump this November.
