(Portland, OR)  --  Incumbent Ted Wheeler is enjoying a wide lead in the race for Portland mayor.  Early ballot counts from yesterday's primary election show Wheeler in the lead with 52-percent of the vote.  Sarah Iannarone has the second-highest number of votes with 23-percent.
