(Portland, OR)  --  Former Mayor Sam Adams is bowing out of the Portland City Council race.  Adams emailed supporters last night saying he has called Chloe Eudaly and Mingus Mapps to concede the race.  Adams congratulated both candidates on making it to the general election in May.  As of last night, incumbent Eudaly was in the lead with 31-percent of the vote.  Mapps followed close behind with 29-percent.
