(Portland, OR)  --  Mark Hass and Shemia Fagan remain neck and neck in the race for the Democratic nomination for Oregon Secretary of State.  New ballot counts released last night show both candidates with just under 36-percent of the vote.  Fagan leads Hass by just under two-thousand votes.  In third place is Jamie McLeod-Skinner with 28-percent of the vote.
