(Salem, OR)  --  The Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs is planning a digital state Memorial Day ceremony.  The ceremony will live stream on the Oregon Department of Veterans Affairs Facebook page starting at 10 a.m. on Monday.  Later in the day, they will unveil a special video tribute to fallen Oregon Veterans on the Facebook page and other social media.
