(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead following a shooting in Sandy.  Police responded to the 15-thousand block of Bluff Road around 5 o'clock last night on reports of a disturbance and several shots fired.  Responding officers found one man dead at the scene.  Police have arrested 26-year-old Joseph David Paul Anaya and detained a second person for questioning.
