(Portland, OR)  --  Umpqua Bank has released details on the loans processed through the Payroll Protection Program.  More than 405-million dollars was distributed to nearly 24-hundred small business owners.  The money will help keep 45-thousand people employed.  The loans went to businesses in Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington and Clark counties.
