Officials Confirm 24 New COVID-19 Cases

(Portland, OR)  --  Health officials are confirming two-dozen new cases of coronavirus in Oregon.  The Oregon Health Authority announced 24 new confirmed cases yesterday, raising the state's total number of cases so far to three-thousand-817.  Health officials also confirmed one new death from COVID-19, raising the state's death toll to 145.  The patient was a 93-year-old Polk County woman with underlying medical conditions.  She died May 20th after testing positive on May 2nd.
