(Portland, OR)  --  Two suspected drug dealers are facing charges after allegedly getting caught with drugs, stolen IDs and credit cards.  Police arrested Ryan Paul Lavers and Michael Scott Crist Saturday near Northwest 22nd Avenue and Northwest Nicolai Street.  Police responded to the scene after receiving a report that the men were using drugs inside a vehicle there.  Police say the men had heroin, methamphetamine and Xanax as well as several stolen IDs, fraudulently created credit cards and sensitive financial data from multiple victims.
