(Portland, OR)  --  The city of Portland is considering resuming clean-ups of homeless camps.  Officials with the city and Multnomah County say they're currently looking into ways to break up homeless camps without causing a major spread of coronavirus.  Officials acknowledge that the move would go against federal health guidelines.  Portland and Multnomah County suspended homeless camp clean-ups in mid-March to help limit the spread of the virus while allowing the homeless to shelter in place.
